Terms of Service

Last updated: August 14, 2026

1. Platform purpose

Striker Pro provides a managed workspace for submitting software project briefs, funding approved orders, coordinating delivery and recording project activity.

2. Client accounts

You must provide accurate account information, protect your password and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

3. Orders and authorization

When submitting an order, you define the proposed application type, scope description and offer amount. By confirming an order, you authorize the stated amount to be charged to your selected payment method.

4. Payments

Payment card details are collected and stored by Stripe. Striker Pro stores only payment-provider identifiers and limited card metadata such as brand, expiry and last four digits. Stripe’s own terms and privacy practices also apply.

5. Delivery and refunds

Delivery begins after payment is confirmed. If Striker Pro determines that an accepted order cannot be completed, an authorized administrator may issue a refund through the original payment channel. Processing time may depend on Stripe and the issuing bank.

6. Acceptable use

You must not request unlawful, abusive, infringing, deceptive or malicious software, interfere with the platform, or attempt unauthorized access to another account.

7. Intellectual property

Project-specific ownership and licensing terms should be agreed in the applicable proposal or statement of work. Striker Pro retains rights in its platform and pre-existing materials.

8. Service availability

We work to provide a secure and reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

9. Contact
